JESUS HAS A BIOLOGICAL fATHER (JOSEPH)
Jesus from the lineage of David, from the seed of Joseph. (Deuteronomy 18:18) “I will raise up for them a prophet like you from among their BROTHERS. I will put My words in his mouth, and he will tell them everything I command him.”
It’s comforting to know our lord Jesus is an example that was born like you and I, not with advantages of a half human/half God.
But that means he would have to be made like his brothers in every way. Hmmm
(Hebrews 2:17)
“For this reason He had to be made like His brothers in every way, so that He might become a merciful and faithful high priest in service to God, in order to make atonement for the sins of the people.”
Now some will try to argue that it says he was made "LIKE" his brothers, not "exactly" like his brothers. but it does say in every way. How was his brothers made? A man and a woman. Likeness is comparable, resemble or similar as to…even (1 corinthians 15:49) "And just as we carry the likeness of the earthly man, so also shall we carry the likeness of the heavenly man." Likeness is expressed as something being comparable to the other, as being human individuals, it will never be exactly the same, for we each have our own DNA that makes us who we are. We do know how babies are created. God, made Adam and Eve in his image. And that is to be carried down through mankind. God expressed this to Adam and Eve to make children in their image. (Genesis 1:26) Then God said, “Let Us make man in Our image, after Our likeness, to rule over the fish of the sea and the birds of the air, over the livestock, and over all the earth itself and every creature that crawls upon it.”
Are you aware? Jesus came from the seed (spermatos) of David. In context you can’t just randomly change seed (spermatos) to decedents.
(Acts 13:22,23) 22 After removing Saul, He raised up David as their king and testified about him: ‘I have found David, son of Jesse a man after My own heart; he will carry out My will in its entirety. 23 Of the seed of this man, according to promise, God raised up to Israel the Savior, Jesus as he promised.
Understanding that the Most High using his Holy Spirit to keep the promise and prophecy just like isaac. Of the Spirit not of the flesh like Ishmael. (Galatians 4:22,23) 22 For it is written that Abraham had two sons, one by the slave woman and the other by the free woman. 23 His son by the slave woman was born according to the flesh, but his son by the free woman was born through the promise.
Are you aware? Jews knew the origin of Jesus. (John 6:42) 42 They were asking, “Is this not Jesus, the son of Joseph, whose father and mother we know? How then can He say, ‘I have come down from heaven?’”
No debate or a mention of a human fatherless beginning.
(John 1:45) 45 Philip found Nathanael and told him, “We have found the One Moses wrote about in the Law, the One the prophets foretold—Jesus of Nazareth, the son of Joseph.”
If Joseph knew he was not the biological father then they would know he was all about his father’s business. Meaning God's business.
(Luke 2:49,50)
49 “Why were you looking for Me?” He asked. “Did you not know that I had to be in My Father’s house?” 50 But they did not understand the statement He was making to them."
Joseph was a carpenter, and if they knew that joseph was not the father, they would know Jesus was talking about GOD"s house. Which is where he was, in the temple. But they didn't understand because Joseph is the father and Jesus was not at home in Joseph's house.
Jesus is NOT an Angel. Are you aware, that a chief/superior firefighter is still a firefighter and an Indian Chief is still an Indian. This logic also is applied to a chief/superior angel (archaggelos) is still an angel. Could Jesus ever be an archangel, not according to scripture. (Hebrews 1:5-8) 5 “For to which of the angels did God ever say, "You are my Son; today I have become your Father"? Or again, "I will be his Father, and he will be my Son"? 6 And again, when God brings His firstborn into the world, He says: “Let all God’s angels worship Him.” 7 Now about the angels He says: “He makes His angels winds, His servants flames of fire.” 8 But about the Son He says: “Your throne, O god, endures forever and ever, and justice is the scepter of Your kingdom.”
Jesus also comes from the line of Kings, Solomon the son of David.…… (1 Chronicles 28:5) 5 “And of all my sons—for the LORD has given me many sons—He has chosen Solomon my son to sit on the throne of the kingdom of the LORD over Israel." The prophecy of the messiah comes from the seeds of sons of David. Not descendants of daughters.” (1 Chronicles 17:11) 11 “And it shall be, when your days are fulfilled, when you must go to be with your fathers, that I will set up your seed after you, who will be of your sons; and I will establish his kingdom.” So here it is clear, that the Messiah must come from the seed of David through his sons to produce the Messiah according to prophecy.
Jesus came from the fruit of David's loins….(ACTS 2:30) 30 “Therefore, being a prophet, and knowing that God had sworn with an oath to him that of the fruit of his loins, according to the flesh, He would raise up the Christ to sit on his throne," As you can see, this is from the seed of david, nothing about a child from a woman who never had sex.
Jesus the man is in between God and men. (1 Timothy 2:5) 5 For there is one God, and there is one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus,
