A huge error made in understanding (Hebrews 10:19-27) Is to say (Hebrews 10:19-24) is only for the 144,000, then say (Hebrews 10:25-27) is for everyone. Stay in context!!

Do you have any verses that talk about salvation and forgiveness for those who are not in the new covenant, and not born again in Christ that have knowledge of scriptures?

Are you aware? Many people make the mistake to add a second or even a 3rd God person to the "us" in genesis 1:26, some even make the mistake inserting the divine Angelic council without proper context.
