GOD IS JUST A TITLE

What does God mean by authority?
The biblical definition of the word authority is understood and used to describe the power or ability to do something given by, conferred upon, or derived from the most high authority. It is the warrant, right, power, or ability to do something.

SATAN REFERRED TO AS A GOD…

(2 Corinthians 4:4)
4 The god of this age has blinded the minds of unbelievers, so that they cannot see the light of the gospel that displays the glory of Christ, who is the image of God.

Satan actively participates in blinding the minds of those who don't believe in Jesus, to keep them from coming to faith in Christ. He was given the title god.

 

“HUMAN DIVINE ASSEMBLY”  REFERRED TO AS GODS…

(Psalm 82:6) 6 I have said, “Ye are gods;” and all of you are children of the most High.

(John 10:34-35) 34 Jesus answered them, Is it not written in your law, “I said, Ye are gods?” 35 If he called them gods, unto whom the word of God came, and the scripture cannot be broken;

Here are humans given the authority to judge and govern with the message the most high gave. They were given the title gods.

JESUS REFERRED TO AS A GOD…

(John 20:28) 28 Thomas answered him, “My Lord and my God!”

Thomas, after seeing that Jesus rose from the dead, believed that Jesus is the Christ, the Son of God, and that by believing in who he is, Thomas may have life.

MOSES LIKE A GOD……

(Exodus 7:1-2) 1The LORD answered Moses, “See, I have made you like God to Pharaoh, and your brother Aaron will be your prophet. 2 You are to speak all that I command you, and your brother Aaron is to tell Pharaoh to let the Israelites go out of his land.

Moses given authority from the most high, with the word of God.
